Iconic Signs in LivoLINK – System Messages

At the heart of LivoLINK’s system interaction are iconic signs, commonly referred to as system messages. They play an important role in conveying the current status of the system.

These icons act as visual signals, guiding users from the moment a request is initiated through to the final stage of a project. Some are purely informative, while others serve as warnings, highlighting potential issues or the need to take action.

    Informational Messages

Orange triangle with an exclamation mark: indicates the need to take specific action to keep the process running smoothly. For example, it may notify you that quality control can begin once the translator has finished their stage of work.

Green shield: highlights key aspects of the workflow, such as the successful upload of files.

Running person icon: shows that a process is currently in progress but not yet complete.

Hourglass icon: also signals an ongoing process but emphasises that it will require more waiting time.

Green page icon: confirms that a supplier has accepted a task proposal.

    Warning Messages

Black circle with the letter “i”: points to something that needs to be corrected at a given stage, such as a missing price calculation for a rate item.

Burgundy exclamation mark: signals a failure, for example when a task proposal has been rejected or when an uploaded package does not contain a complete translation.

LivoLINK provides clear guidance at every stage of the process. Making full use of these messages improves efficiency and ensures smoother project management.
